This Imported Hiking/Walking Staff is made of Solid Chestnut Wood. The bark is peeled and the dark red-brown wood is polished to a smooth sheen. The subtly smoothed knots are characteristic of the wood and will vary from walking stick to walking stick. No need to bring along a tripod; the brass cap on top of the stave unscrews to reveal a fitting compatible with cameras and binoculars. This hiking staff makes a wonderful present for outdoorsy types; especially nature photographers and serious birders.This hiking length chestnut stave is approximately 47" long. A Leather Wrist Strap is included.The bottom of the staff is fitted with a Spiked Metal Ferrule.
