Note that the Nickel-Plated Handle is hollow in order to keep the cane at a comfortable carrying weight. Enjoy the sparkle of nickel without the inconvenience of carrying a heavy cane. The shaft is made of solid Beech Wood.Beech Wood is known to be close and even in texture, hard, fairly strong, and durable. This elegant cane has an ebony-stained shaft, which has been lacquered with a clear coat to protect the wood. The maximum length is 37", but it can be cut to size. It is supplied with a Rubber Tip.
